We can assist with mowing, including sloped terrain mowing, and land management maintenance works in the North Queensland region for clients needing areas maintained with an important level of standards and safety.
We use specialized machinery to get in and around the hard-to-reach locations. Using Remote Controlled Machines that remove the operators completely away from the dangerous areas or locations.
We use remote control machines to remove people from the harm and risk of dangerous areas.
Our Remote Control Mower can be used for:
We always get asked what happens if the controller drops out while the machine is moving in any direction.
The simple answer is the machine has a built-in safety feature that will stop the blades and stay stationary until the remote is reconnected through the Remote Controller re-setup sequence.
The mower will detect if:
The machine needs the controller to stay connected for it to keep moving in the direction of travel. RC Mower manufacturers and engineers have taken the extra steps to include these features to ensure the machine can operate in dangerous areas without issues giving our clients piece of mind, knowing our units are extremely safe.
Our finishes for our clients grounds need to look tidy and professional.
Our unit:
We take pride in our work and our finishes for our clients’ image of their grounds they need to keep looking tidy and professional. As they shouldn’t be paying for a service that’s only have completed and the finish of their land looking unprofessional.
Our unit has a floating suspended slashing/mowing deck, consisting of 3 spindles and 6 blades under the chassis of the machine. Being suspended and not floating along the ground like other company’s machines in the region. It allows a much nicer consistent cut over the ground by not picking up all the water wash outs, uneven ground conditions, erosion points and obstacles on the ground.
Our machine is only 825KG, so its roughly 400 kg lighter then other units in the north Queensland region.
Other companies fail mowers have a floating function where the fail-head has positive ground contact with the skid rails under the fail head. This is supposed to allow the head to follow the ground as close as possible. Having these skid rails on the ground, if you turn sharp it’ll rip up the ground causing issue for grass re-growth and ruts as well.
Having the head as close to the ground as possible has its other issue too floating along the ground surface, if there is a mound or uneven ground between the skid rails the fails will make direct contact with the ground. Which causes sculpting on the ground, removing all the grass and its roots. Leaving a dirt trail behind the machine in the affected area.
This makes the grass re-growth limited and the chance for erosion in rain periods as there wont be any grass growth retaining the dirt in the sculpted areas.
Below are some example pictures of fail head sculpting on different job surfaces from current jobs that have been conducted in Townsville. This is a high chance from inexperienced operators trying to operate speciality equipment and undertaking tasks out of their understanding or knowledge. The results speak for themselves.
